Whanganui Accident & Medical Clinic (WAM) is a subsidiary company of Whanganui Regional Health Network (WRHN). It was established as a means to provide the Whanganui community and its visitors with access to urgent and afterhours care.

Your feedback is important to us!
If you are unhappy with any aspect of the care that you or your whanau have received, and if you would like to make a complaint, you can do so in the following way:
- Email the team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name / phone number / and complaint description or
- Write us a letter and either hand deliver to the WAM front reception or post (addressed to Wanganui Accident and Medical, Clinical Service Manager, 100 Heads Rd, Whanganui) or
- Complete a complaints form (as attached on the bottom of this page under Document Links or you can access a copy from WAM front reception) and return this form to us
Your complaint will be treated with confidentiality and respect. You will receive a response that we have received the complaint, within five working days. The senior leadership team will follow a complaints process that complies with the Code of Health and Disability Services Consumers’ Rights (1996).
